These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the dobrzemitu studio and the services described on the website www.dobrzemitu.pl.

WELCOME TO DOBRZEMITU

  1. dobrzemitu is open during scheduled class hours.
  2. We recommend downloading the eFitnessApp mobile application, which allows access to the class schedule, reservations, and payments at any time.
  3. During summer or holiday seasons, the Studio’s opening hours may change. You will be informed of any changes at least 10 days in advance.
  4. You can join dobrzemitu at any time — there is no need to wait until the first day of a new month.
  5. Please silence or turn off your phone during your stay at the Studio.
  6. Apart from the entrance and reception area, we move around the Studio without shoes.
  7. dobrzemitu is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. If you bring valuables, please keep them with you or ask the receptionist to store them safely.
  8. You are important to us. We value your feedback regarding the Studio, classes, and staff. Please share your opinion by emailing us at gosia@dobrzemitu.pl.

MEMBERSHIPS & SINGLE ENTRIES – GENERAL RULES

  1. To participate in classes, you must purchase a valid pass.
  2. Participation in classes constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  3. A monthly membership is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Multi-month memberships are valid for a multiple of this period.
  4. Memberships are assigned to a specific person and must not be shared.
  5. Memberships grant access to all classes offered by the Studio. There is no need to purchase a pass for specific days, times, or classes.
  6. One entry entitles you to participate in one class. Class reservations are possible only after payment.
  7. The “no limit” membership allows unlimited access to all classes, subject to prior reservation.
  8. Unused entries from entry-based passes (4, 8, or 10 entries) do not carry over to the next month.
  9. The 10-entry pass (valid for 3 months) cannot be suspended.
  10. Six-month and annual “no limit” memberships may be paid in two installments:
    Six-month pass:
    1st installment: PLN 1000
    2nd installment: PLN 990, payable within 30 days of purchase
    Annual pass:
    1st installment: PLN 1500
    2nd installment: PLN 990, payable within 60 days of purchaseContinuation of the membership requires payment of the second installment. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access until payment is made.

PROMOTIONS

  1. After 5 consecutive months of uninterrupted practice, you receive a 50% discount on your next monthly membership. The discount applies to the value of the membership purchased in the 5th month.
  2. After 11 consecutive months of uninterrupted practice, the next monthly membership is free. The free membership will be the same type as the one purchased in the 11th month.
  3. The next membership must start the day after the previous one ends.
  4. “Special promotions” are seasonal offers.
  5. Special promotions (e.g. birthday promotions) cannot be combined with permanent discounts (student, senior, continuity discounts).
  6. Special promotions are governed by separate regulations.

CLASS RESERVATIONS & MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION

  1. Class reservations are required for all clients, regardless of membership type.
  2. Reservations can be made:
  • in person at the Studio reception,
  • by email: zapisy@dobrzemitu.pl,
  • via the client zone on the website,
  • via the eFitnessApp,
  • by phone: +48 606 91 92 91
    Please note: SMS and social media messages are not accepted.
  1. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.
  2. New clients without any active membership cannot book classes. They must first purchase a pass (minimum: 1 class) via the PayU online payment system in the client zone.Participation without prior reservation is possible if there are free spots. Payment is then made on site.
  3. Clients with reservations have priority.
  4. Cancellations made at least 10 hours before the class allow the class to be rescheduled within the validity of the membership. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the class being deducted from the pass.
  5. After 3 no-shows, booking privileges will be blocked for 7 days.
  6. dobrzemitu reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than 5 participants are registered. Registered clients will be informed in advance.
  7. Memberships may be suspended without stating a reason for a period of 7 to 21 days. Suspension must be requested in advance, either at the reception or via email
  8. Monthly memberships can be suspended once.
  9. Six-month memberships — twice.
  10. Annual memberships — four times.

RULES FOR HOLDERS OF PARTNER CARDS

(MultiSport, Medicover Sport, FitProfit, Fit Sport, PZU Sport)

  1. Partner card holders may attend one class per day.
  2. To participate, a dedicated PLN 10 single-class pass must be purchased (this fee does not apply to FitProfit and Fit Sport users).
  3. PLN 50 deposit is required to reserve a class. In case of no-show without timely cancellation, the deposit is forfeited.
  4. Participation without a deposit is possible without reservation, subject to availability, by purchasing a partner-card single entry at the Studio.
  5. Reservations are encouraged; reserved clients have priority.
  6. Cancellations are possible up to 10 hours before class start. App users can manage reservations at any time.
  7. After 3 no-shows, booking privileges are blocked for 14 days.

DEPOSIT RULES

  1. The deposit applies to holders of partner cards.
  2. One deposit equals PLN 50 and covers one reservation.
  3. The deposit must be paid into the client’s wallet to enable reservations.
  4. Multiple deposits may be paid to allow multiple reservations.
  5. Deposit balance and transaction history can be checked in the client zone.
  6. The deposit is automatically deducted upon reservation and returned to the wallet by midnight on the same day after attendance.
  7. In case of no-show without cancellation, the deposit is forfeited.
  8. Deposits can be paid:
  • in cash or by card at the reception,
  • via PayU in the client zone.
  1. The deposit may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Studio and providing bank details and proof of payment.

COMPLAINTS & WITHDRAWAL FROM ONLINE CONTRACTS

  1. Complaints and feedback may be submitted in writing at the reception or by email to gosia@dobrzemitu.pl. Responses are provided within 7 business days.
  2. Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days of purchase, unless services have already begun.

CLASSES

  1. Classes last 55 or 85 minutes.
  2. The class schedule may change due to seasonality. Changes are announced 7–10 days in advance.
  3. Wear comfortable clothing; classes are conducted barefoot. Warm socks and a sweatshirt are recommended for relaxation.
  4. If you have health conditions or are pregnant, consult your doctor before participating. Pregnant participants must provide a medical clearance.
  5. Participants aged 15–17 require parental consent.
  6. Children under 15 may participate only with a guardian present.
  7. Participation is at your own risk.
  8. Please inform the instructor if you are attending for the first time.
  9. Classes start on time. Late arrival beyond 5 minutes is not permitted and results in class deduction.
  10. Maximum class size is 18 participants.
  11. Please clean and return all equipment after use.

FINAL PROVISIONS

dobrzemitu is not responsible for consequences resulting from failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Violation of the rules may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.

Each participant is obliged to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Lack of familiarity with the regulations does not exempt from compliance.
